By inferCNV analysis, we defined high levels of astrocytes as astrocytoma, analyzed them by dimensionality reduction clustering, and finally divided them into seven different cell subpopulations: C0 IGFBP7+ Glioma cells, C1 OLIG2+ Glioma cells, C2 LINC02283+ Glioma cells, C3 LINC00632+ Glioma cells, C4 MX1+ Glioma cells, C5 FOSB+ Glioma cells, and C6 DLL3+ Glioma cells. This evidence concerns the gene MX1 and central nervous system cancer.
