C-TAST FORCE, a phase 2 trial, evaluated the survival efficacy of TAS-102 plus bevacizumab and reported a 16-week progression-free survival rate of 42.9% (80% CI, 27.8–59.0%) in CRC patients who were refractory or intolerant to fluoropyrimidine, irinotecan, oxaliplatin, anti-VEGF therapy, and anti-EGFR therapy (for tumors with wild-type KRAS) and who had no previous treatment with regorafenib (13). Here, KRAS is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
