In the BS Taylor, Cancer Cell, 2010 dataset, RUVBL1 (P = 0.013), FABP4 (P = 0.0005), POSTN (P = 0.0073), and STMN1 (P < 0.0001) were significantly elevated in recurrent prostate cancer (N = 36) relative to non-recurrent prostate cancer (N = 104) (Fig. 2b-right, d, f-right, g-right). This evidence concerns the gene POSTN and Familial prostate cancer.
