Consistent with literature, we found that tumor resection has profound immunostimulatory effects(31, 32) in that it increased DC trafficking to the cLN, inflammatory neutrophils in the brain, and S1P1+ expression on T cells in the bone marrow on day 1, with increased CD8+ T cells trafficking to the cLN and brain on days 3 and 7. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and neoplasm.
