In the EBV‐positive Burkitt's lymphoma cell line Raji, treated with 5 μM 5E2‐12 and 10 μM S10, we assessed EBNA1 binding at various sites, including EBV dyad symmetry (DS) and the EBV Qp, and a cellular binding site at the PITPNB gene (Figure 5B). This evidence concerns the gene PITPNB and Burkitt lymphoma.
