The aim of this work is to investigate the correlations between dermatoscopic features and immunohistochemical expressions of CD34, CD31, Melan A, and D2-40 in BCC through a comprehensive analysis of 100 cases, aiming to elucidate the relationship between the visual dermatoscopic patterns observable in non-invasive examinations and the underlying molecular and cellular characteristics defined by immunohistochemical staining. The gene discussed is CD34; the disease is skin basal cell carcinoma.
