An entirely novel method to meet this challenge is to harness the power of machine learning to reprogram glioblastoma cells into APCs that function like dendritic cells in terms of phagocytosis, direct presentation of endogenous antigens, cross presentation of exogenous antigens, and priming of naïve CD8+ cytotoxic lymphocytes (CTLs).
