Moreover, some novel potential therapeutic targets of AD were identified as follows: CD33 on Monocytic Myeloid-Derived Suppressor Cells, CD33 on CD33 + HLA DR +CD14 dim, CD33 on CD33 + HLA DR+, CD33 on CD33 + HLA DR + CD14-, CD33 on CD33dim HLA DR -, CD33 on CD33dim HLA DR + CD11b-, and Myeloid cell surface antigen CD33 were positively associated with all the three main outcome traits of AD and the risk of LOAD. Here, CD14 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
