Pseudo‐time analysis of T cells reveals that the end in an IFN T cell status with the high expression level of IFIT1 and IFIT3, consistent with previous understanding that IFN signalling in cytotoxic T cells restrict anti‐tumour immunity by inhibiting the maintenance, clonal diversity and proliferation of stem‐like T cells in metastatic melanoma patients.37 This evidence concerns the gene IFNA1 and metastatic melanoma.
