CDC25A and cancer: Surprisingly, our scRNA-seq analysis revealed that a significant portion (approximately 60%) of cancer cells were capable of entering a quiescent state, and we filtered CDC25A, a member of the dual-specificity phosphatase family known as cell division cycle-25 (CDC25) [21, 22], role in entering quiescent state by increasing resistance of mechanical strength in the circulatory system through upregulating cholesterol levels.
