TET2 and neoplasm: scRNA-seq analysis of cells isolated from B16-OVA melanoma tissue indicated VC treatment upregulates the antigen presentation pathway and associated genes in tumor cells in a TET2-dependent manner (Figure 2, Figure 3, A and C, and Figure 4), which were broadly not upregulated in WT tumors versus TET2-KO tumors without VC (Supplemental Figure 3E, and see below), which is likely due to relatively low levels of IFN-γ production by T cells in the B16 model (Figure 6A).
