As shown in Supplementary Table 5, compared to the lowest tertile of DOBS, participants in the highest tertile were more likely to be male, younger, have a BMI between 20 and 30, have an educational level of college or above, be non-Hispanic White, non-drinkers and non-smokers, have a PIR > 3, engage in inactive physical activities, not have hypertension or diabetes, have higher serum albumin levels, and lower RDW levels. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and hypertensive disorder.
