In addition, protein levels of GluR2, 5‐HT2AR, Keap1, PINK1, Parkin, and LC3 were significantly increased in insomnia rats (p < 0.01), further increased in the GAD67‐KD group (p < 0.01), and decreased after senegenin intervention (p < 0.01); expression was significantly decreased in the GAD67‐OE group (p < 0.01) and further decreased after senegenin intervention (p < 0.01) (Figure 7). This evidence concerns the gene MAP1LC3A and insomnia.
