Compared with the normal group, the mRNA expressions of GluR2, 5‐HT2A, Keap1, PINK1, Parkin, and LC3 in insomnia rats were significantly increased (p < 0.01), further increased after GAD67‐KD transfection (p < 0.01), and decreased after senegenin intervention (p < 0.01); the expression of GAD67‐OE was significantly decreased after GAD67‐OE transfection (p < 0.01) and further decreased after senegenin intervention (p < 0.01) (Figure 6).
