As shown in Table 5, mRNA expression levels of GAD67, GABA‐T, BDNF, 5‐HT1A, Nrf2, NQO1, HO‐1, and p62 were significantly decreased in insomnia rats (p < 0.01), further decreased after GAD67‐KD transfection (p < 0.01), and significantly increased after senegenin intervention (p < 0.01); the expression of GAD67‐OE was significantly increased after transfection (p < 0.01) and further increased after senegenin intervention (p < 0.01). Here, HTR1A is linked to insomnia measurement.
