As shown in Table 6, compared with the normal group, the protein expression levels of GAD67, GAD65, GAD65/67, GABA‐T, BDNF, 5‐HT1AR, Nrf2, NQO1, HO‐1, and p62 were significantly decreased in the insomnia group (p < 0.01), further decreased in the GAD67‐KD group (p < 0.01), and significantly increased after senegenin intervention (p < 0.01); the expression was significantly increased in the GAD67‐OE group (p < 0.01), and further increased after senegenin intervention (p < 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene NQO1 and insomnia measurement.
