Next, to investigate the influences of GATA2 dysregulation on pulmonary macrophages in COPD pathogenesis, we intersected the potential targets of GATA2 identified by ChIP sequencing (ChIP-seq) from GTRD database [14] with COPD-associated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) from pulmonary macrophages in our previous COPD human lung tissue scRNA-seq dataset. This evidence concerns the gene GATA2 and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
