YTHDF3 and atherosclerosis: Additionally, gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) demonstrated that the genes affected by YTHDF3 were associated with MicroRNAs in cancer, Lipid and atherosclerosis, MAPK signaling pathway, and protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum (Supplementary Figures S2C–F), further supporting the regulatory role of YTHDF3 in breast cancer tumorigenesis.
