Upon comparing the notable AEs listed or not listed in the labels of pralsetinib and selpercatinib, it was determined that pralsetinib had a notably greater amount of reported AEs linked to hypertension, fatigue, low red blood cell count, decreased platelet count, decreased white blood cell count, oedema, asthenia, and pneumonitis, whereas ascites, elevated aspartate aminotransferase, and elevated alanine aminotransferase were notably higher in selpercatinib (Table 4).
