CRP and Hypokalemia: Relevant laboratory results included anemia (hemoglobin 10.1 g/dL), hypokalemia (3.2 mmol/L), hypocalcemia (8.7 mg/dL), normal creatinine (0.69 mg/dL), and an elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) of 36.0 mg/L (Table 1).
