As depicted in Figures 1A–D, the gene expression levels of METTL3 and YTHDF1 in the peripheral blood of CHD patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (p < 0.05), whereas the levels of YTHDF2 and YTHDF3 did not differ significantly (p > 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene METTL3 and coronary artery disorder.
