The results, as shown in Table 4, yielded the equation Y = 0.282 + 0.088 X1(METTL3*1000) + 0.007 X2 (YTHDF1*1000), indicating that only the increased expression of METTL3 in peripheral blood was an independent risk factor for CHD (p < 0.05). Here, METTL3 is linked to coronary artery disorder.
