These complex features in immune regulation and metabolism, as well as biomolecules like TNF, VEGF, TGFB and NFKB1, also reflect the potential risk of CG, especially CAG in inflammation-induced tumorigenesis according to our previous constructed tumorigenesis network [27], and also be reported in researches of tumorigenesis in other digestive systems diseases like chronic hepatitis and enteritis [28, 29].
