ERBB2 and neoplasm: As the benefit of chemotherapy in premenopausal women is only relevant for a small proportion of patients, trials such as the Phase III OFSET trial (NCT05879926) [47] which aims to define the survival benefit of the addition of adjuvant chemotherapy to ovarian function suppression plus endocrine therapy among premenopausal patients with ER-positive, HER2-negative tumours, and a RS result between 0 and 25 for N1 patients (and 16–25 for N0 patients) are now a priority.
