CEACAM5 and retinitis pigmentosa 1: The results of the univariate analysis showed that smoking, dyspnea, mediastinal emphysema, gastrointestinal involvement, comorbid RP-ILD, Type I respiratory failure, pulmonary infection, elevated CEA, and anti-MDA5 antibody positivity were negatively associated with OS; disease duration of more than 6 months, myalgia, arthralgia, anti-Jo-1 antibody positivity, and ANA positivity were positively associated with OS.
