The results showed that: In initially treated TB patients, the expressions of ifn-γ, cxcl9, and cfb were significantly higher than those of HCs (p < 0.0001, p < 0.0001, p < 0.001), and the expressions of camp, cxxc4, and ulk3 were significantly lower than those of HCs (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL9 and tuberculosis.
