BRAF and non-small cell lung carcinoma: The latest version of NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology recommends that when testing for NSCLC, in addition to all of the classical actionable molecular markers (e.g., EGFR, ALK, BRAF, KRAS, METex14 skipping, NTRK1/2, RET, ROS1), emerging molecular markers, such as high-level MET amplification, and ERBB2 mutation should also be detected (Ettinger et al., 2022).
