In this retrospective study, participants were recruited to undergo the detection of 10 target oncogene aberrations, including EGFR, KRAS, MET, ALK, ROS1, HER2, RET, BRAF, NRAS, and PIK3CA. The chi-squared test, Fisher exact test, and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between 10 driver gene alterations and the clinicopathological characteristics of NSCLC patients. The gene discussed is ALK; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
