Subsequently, GSEA was performed between the high‐ and low‐SEZ6L2 expression groups and more immune‐related biological processes were revealed to be significantly enriched in the low SEZ6L2 expression group, indicating that the high SEZ6L2 expression conferred a decreased immune phenotype in the breast invasive carcinoma (Figure 5A–D). The gene discussed is SEZ6L2; the disease is invasive breast carcinoma.
