CXCL10 and cancer: One mutant allele in CXCL10 A-1447G polymorphism increased the chance of cancer (OR = 4.902, 95% CI = 2.70–8.87, P < 0.001) and two mutant alleles increased more (OR = 7.174, 95% CI = 2.48–20.68, P < 0.001).
