CXCL10 and prostate cancer: Considering that the effect of genetic changes of CXCL10 and IL-18 factors in the development of prostate cancer has not yet been clearly defined and there have not been many studies in this field in the world, and in addition, there is still no study in Iran to determine the relationship between polymorphisms These two genes have not been performed, so the main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between G-137C, C-607A, and A-1447G polymorphisms in the promoter of inflammatory genes IL-18 and CXCL10 with prostate cancer.
