Consistently, our study demonstrated that genetic or pharmacological blockade of CXCL14 effectively inhibits CALB2-mediated PDAC metastasis in immunodeficient or immunocompetent models, indicating that CALB2-mediated intrinsic upregulation of CXCL14 in cancer cells promotes PDAC metastasis and CXCL14 might potentiate the immunosuppressive role of CALB2.
