In this study, we found that the components of YXB have a high similarity in cell function fingerprints with gabapentin, duloxetine and meperidine, which are commonly used in the treatment of neuralgia, and may be able to inhibit the NF-κB signaling pathway and pain perception (Moisset et al., 2021; Meng et al., 2019; Starnowska-Sokół and Przewłocka, 2020). Here, NFKB1 is linked to neuralgia.
