When we classified the primary breast cancer by immunophenotype, the majority of patients (n=22, 44%) were Luminal A, while 12 (24%) were Luminal B HER2 negative, 3 (6%) Luminal B HER2 positive, 6 (12%) hormone receptor-negative HER2 positive and 6 (12%) triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The gene discussed is NR4A1; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
