Our study identified several candidate proteins previously linked to breast cancer, including CASP8, DDX58, CPNE1, PARK7, BTN2A1, TNFRSF9, TNXB, DNPH1, and TLR1, with CASP8 and DDX58 supported by the most robust evidence. The gene discussed is TNFRSF9; the disease is breast carcinoma.
