A large number of reports found AMHR2 expression in cells of the Müllerian ducts, ovarian follicles (preantral and small antral), the pituitary gland, the hypothalamus, the endometrium, the adrenal glands, lactiferous ducts, Leydig cells, the prostate, motor neurons, the hippocampus and some of the human cancers that include endometrial, ovarian, prostate, breast, and cervix (21, 23, 25–27, 29–36). The gene discussed is AMHR2; the disease is cancer.
