CD86 and post-traumatic stress disorder: Notably, employing the random‐effects IVW method as the gold standard, we identified the following outcomes: PTSD was found to reduce the levels of CD62L− DC %DC (beta = −0.254, p = 0.002, FDR = 0.01), CD86+ myeloid DC %DC (beta = −0.238, p = 0.004, FDR = 0.014), CD62L− myeloid DC %DC (beta = −0.26, p = 0.002, FDR = 0.01), CD62L− CD86+ myeloid DC absolute count (beta = −0.264, p = 0.002, FDR = 0.024), and CD62L− CD86+ myeloid DC %DC (beta = −0.328, p < 0.001, FDR = 0.002).
