Upon pairwise comparison of the AUCs using the DeLong test, the 30-day mortality discrimination ability of the SOFA score significantly improved with the addition of the hs-cTnT-points (P < .001), NT-proBNP-points (P = .005) or AF-points (P < .001) but not with the HR-points (P = .929).
