The elevated LOC101927668 expression in patients with chr7p21.1 amplification, coupled with its negative correlation with both RBM47 and p53 in tissue samples from nine CRC patients examined by qPCR, further supported the existence of a regulatory axis involving CNV-LOC101927668-RBM47-p53 in vivo (Fig. S10). This evidence concerns the gene RBM47 and colorectal carcinoma.
