Finally, we determined that siRNA-mediated CHOP knockdown significantly rescued cellular viability in cancer cells upon DT-061 treatment (Fig. 4F) and reduced the expression of CHOP downstream transcriptional targets (Fig. 4G), while also attenuating the induction of cleaved PARP, cleaved Caspase 3, DR5, and LC3I/II expression (Fig. 4H).
