CD8A and cervical carcinoma: Co-culture with Calcein AM-labeled Ca-ski tumor cells (HPV16+, HLA-A*02:01), derived from metastatic sites of cervical cancer patients, showed a significant reduction in fluorescent tumor cell counts compared to controls, confirming the killing potential of these CD8+ T cells activated by MHC-I‒E7‒hEry (Fig. 2d).
