These findings indicate that the majority of tumor-infiltrating immune cells in ccRCC, with the exception of CD4+ T(0.11≥ Rho ≥ 0.28) cells, have a negative correlation with KGs (CD8+ T cell (-0.20 ≤ Rho ≤ 0.32), B cell (-0.11≤ Rho ≤ 0.24), Macrophage (-0.23≤ Rho ≤ 0.21), Neutrophil (-0.14 ≤ Rho ≤ 0.29)), indicating a special relationship between tumor metabolism and immunological infiltration.
