Our examination of 58 human samples, encompassing normal (n = 11), grade II glioma (n = 11), grade III glioma (n = 7), and GBM (n = 29), highlighted a notable increase in TGFBI expression in high-grade tumors (Figure S1C), suggesting a potential role for TGFBI in driving glioma malignancy. This evidence concerns the gene TGFBI and glioblastoma.
