FASN serves as a critical rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of fatty acids and is involved in the therapeutic resistance and the progression of tumors, thereby emerging as a promising target in DLBCL.6 In our study, based on the clinical data from the TCGA database, we confirmed that FASN was highly expressed in advanced tumors, and it was negatively correlated with the survival rate of DLBCL patients, including those undergoing chemotherapy. Here, FASN is linked to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
