Immunohistochemical results revealed that the levels of Aβ deposition and p‐tau in the AD group were higher than those in the control group (**p < 0.01), and the expression levels of these two markers in the brains of DSS‐treated mice were lower than those in the AD group (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01) (Figure 6A,B).
