[160] observed that patients with metastatic nonsquamous or squamous NSCLC who had wild-type EGFR and ALK tumors with high PD-L1 expression had a median OS of 20.2 months when given atezolizumab compared to 13.1 months with platinum-based chemotherapy alone.
