CD4 and neoplasm: Further, in the small tumor model, administration of the rAd5 encoding E6 and E7 with mutations did not appear to alter the overall distribution of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, but rAd5 encoding E6E7 genes were able to generate antigen-specific CD8+ TEM cells in the periphery, with rAd5-16/E6E7Mt generating a more pronounced response than rAd5-16/E6E7epi.
