Upon infection with CVB3, the results revealed that the knockdown of YTHDF1 and YTHDF2 resulted in significant reductions in CVB3 RNA copies, VP1 proteins, viral titres and GFP expression, whereas the knockdown of YTHDF3 led to a decrease in only CVB3 RNA copies and GFP expression (Figure 5A–L).
