GLP1R and peripheral arterial disease: Considering this context, this study aimed to determine whether therapy with the SGLT2 inhibitor dapagliflozin leads to changes in peripheral vascular oxygenation, i.e., feet microcirculation, in patients with diabetes without PAD compared to patients with diabetes with PAD and compared to patients with diabetes with PAD treated with other antidiabetic agents, with the exception of thiazolidinediones, GLP-1 receptor agonists, and the combination of GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonists.
