Some NAMPT inhibitors, such as FK866, CHS828, GEN618, and OT-82, have been shown to significantly inhibit cell growth in both in vitro and in vivo models of various cancers, including pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, lymphoma, prostate cancer, and breast cancer [30,36,38,39]. This evidence concerns the gene NAMPT and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
