In a phase 1 trial that tested the efficacy of GD2-specific CAR-T cell therapy in 14 patients with BRAF V600-mutant metastatic melanoma (five of whom received standard, concurrent daBRAFenib, and trametinib), 93% of the prepared CAR-T cell products administered to 12 of the 14 patients were acceptable. Here, BRAF is linked to metastatic melanoma.
