CD47 and colonic neoplasm: Deng et al. [10] discovered that cordycepin lowered the expression of phagocytosis immune checkpoint cluster of differentiation 47 (CD47) in tumor cells, including the murine colon cancer cells CT26, human T-lymphoblastic (Jurkat) cells, and human colon cancer cell lines SW48, thereby promoting the phagocytosis of tumor cells by macrophages and enhancing anti-tumor immunity.
