There were 214 DEGs in common between HF vs. LF and HF+THE-H vs. HF.GO and KEGG pathway analysis of the 214 DEGs revealed that lipid metabolic pathways (regulation of lipid localization, lipid localization; steroid hormone biosynthesis, fluid shear stress, and atherosclerosis) and inflammatory pathways (regulation of tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production and tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production; phagosome) were the most modulated pathways in response to THE intervention. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is atherosclerosis.
