Blocking CD47 could enhance the human PBMC-derived macrophages’ phagocytosis of T24 (from 10.40% to 29.70%) and 5637 (from 5.31% to 33.52%) human bladder cancer cells, as well as demonstrate anti-tumor effects in the HSPCs-CDX model (tumor growth inhibition rate, TGI: 33.05%). Here, CD47 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
