We found that the DNAJB6 mRNA expression was considerably upregulated in tumor tissues compared with those in normal tissues, including breast invasive carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, and LUAD (Figure 1). Here, DNAJB6 is linked to invasive breast carcinoma.
