APOA1 and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive: A 2.2-fold (p < 0.001), 4.0-fold (p < 0.001), and 4.5-fold (p < 0.001) lower DHE fluorescent intensity corresponding to the ROS production was observed in the wounded tissue treated with apoA-I:CIGB-258 at 1:0.1, 1:0.5 and 1:1, respectively, compared to the only CML treated wound highlighting the potential of CIGB-258 to inhibit CML induced oxidative stress and consequently wound healing.
